	FILIPE PALMA is the founder of the company, Filipe is graduated in physical education and sports. He started adventure sports when he was 12 and never stopped since. Even though windsurfing is his all time favourite sport Filipe developed others as well, including mountain biking, white water and sea kayaking, sailing, scuba-diving, climbing, surfing and snow skiing. Above all he enjoys exploring the different environments with the best outdoor means. Round the world 1999/2000 and Antactica Kayak 2005 were his two major adventure challenges. The first was a one year journey in which Filipe rode 10 000 km on his mountain bike across Asia, Oceania, North and South America. In between he did some of the most amazing adventure sports in the best locations of our world. “I had the opportunity to learn with the best and that was decisive in my future in a professional point of view.” Filipe Palma organizes outdoor sports events since 1990.
	LÚCIA FRANCO is a keen cyclist and sportswoman, with a background of competitive mountain biking since 1998 and two iron-man ultra-marathons in 2004 and 2005. Many of her holidays are dedicated to cycling or walking and include traverses of the Atlas, Pyrenees and northern Spain, Switzerland and the Dolomites. Lúcia is currently finishing a degree in architecture.
