TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• A service is considered reserved as soon as the payment is processed by our reservation software powered by FareHarbor.

• Any changes requested by the client are subject to the the availability. Lisbon Bike Tour & Outdoors will do its best to meet the clients’ requests.
• Changing a program may change the price agreed for the initial tour.
• Lisbon Bike Tour & Outdoors reserves the right to cancel or amend any tour due to road, water or weather conditions.
• If the tour is canceled by the company due to such circumstances, the client will not be charged.

• The full amount will be paid on the moment of the reservation.
• We accept all credit cards.

• Cancelation of a reservation is subject to the following conditions:
• Cancelation done 30 days or more from the beginning of the tour: full payment to be returned by Lisbon Bike Tour & Outdoors except bank transfers costs.
• Cancelation done less than 30 days  and more than 15 days from the beginning of the tour: 50% of full payment to be returned.
• Cancelation less than 15 days from the beginning of the tour: full payment to be made by the client.
